Membership Guidelines

Membership Fees & Renewal

  • Admission Fee:

    PKR 30,000 (or as set by the Executive Committee). A fresh application is required on any change in firm’s name or constitution, unless assets and liabilities are transferred, subject to Committee discretion.

  • Annual Renewal:

    PKR 40,000 (or as set by the Executive Committee), due by March 31st each year.

  • Membership Duration:

    Valid until March 31st annually, regardless of joining date.

Renewal requires timely fee payment plus proof of Income Tax and Sales Tax (if applicable) filings for the previous year.

Documents Required for Membership

To complete your application, please submit the following:

  • National Identity Card (CNIC)

  • NTN Number

  • GST Number (if registered)

  • Last Year’s Tax Return Acknowledgment

  • Visiting Card

  • Request Letter on Company Letterhead

  • Trademark Letter

  • Two Passport-Size Photographs

  • Crossed Cheque of PKR 30,000, payable to Pakistan Cosmetics Manufacturers Association
